Join us for the 2nd Annual Tucson Hippity Hop Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and Cottontail Dash on April 4, 2026!

We are egg-cited to continue our Easter tradition at Brandi Fenton Park!

The Cottontail Dash is an untimed half mile fun run with an egg hunt along the route. All participants receive a finisher's medal and a shirt.

You are welcome to bring your own bag/basket or one will be provided for you. Eggs are handed out by volunteers so that everyone will come away with equal amount of eggs.

Parents who only want to accompany their children on the course do not need to register.

  • Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups (excluding Virtual Runners and Spooky Sprint) for the following:

    • 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 & Over

  • Pre- & Post-Race "Athlete's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, etc)
  • Chip Timed with Real Time Results and Photos provided by StartLine Racing on their Website

Race Day Information

  • Race Day Check In and Registration will be available beginning at 6:00am at Brandi Fentoon Park.

    • We accept cash, check, and credit card on race day.  Race day prices are $90 for the half, $60 for the 10K, $50 for the 5K, and $30 for the Cottontail Dash!

    • All shirts sizes may not be available on race day (please register online before race day to guarantee your shirt size choice).

  • Wheelchair, leashed pets, and stroller friendly event.

  • The course will take you along the paths at Brandi Fenton Park and the Loop Trail System (mix of concrete and asphalt).  Please note - some of the areas of the course will be open to public running/walking so please be good neighbors of the trail.

  • April 3rd 3:00PM -  Packet Pick-Up at Road Runner Sports Tucson from 3:00 - 6:00pm

  • April 4th 6:00AM - Pickup up and Race Day Registration Begin at Brandi Fenton Park

  • April 4th 7:00AM - Half Marathon Begins

  • April 4th 7:10AM - Cottontail Dash Begins

  • April 4th 8:00AM - 10K Begins

  • April 4th 8:10AM - 5K Begins

  • April 4th 9:10AM - Age Group Awards Ceremony Begins
